Shipping
We deliver internationally and our final goal is to be able to deliver your order wherever you are (space excluded).
You can find the list of current available shipping locations through the “Shipping location” menu at the bottom of each page. This list is regularly updated with new countries. In the event that your country is not in the list, please send us a message using our contact form and we will do our best to include it as soon as possible.
At checkout, you can choose between:
- home delivery: delivery to your personal postal address or to the postal address of the person of your choice; or
- pick-up delivery: delivery to the pick-up of your choice among the list proposed by the selected carrier (if this option is available in your country).
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
Delivery costs vary according to the shipping location, the weight of your order and the speed of the delivery service that you selected.
For France, delivery costs are offered by the House.
For other EU countries, for one garment, home delivery costs may vary from €5 to €13 and pick-up delivery may vary from €4 to €16 (ex-Tax).
For the US, for one garment, home delivery costs may vary from €27 to €46 (ex-Tax).
Please note that for orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties, fees and taxes (e.g., VAT) may also apply. These are at the customer’s expense and may be requested by the carrier when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
For products in stock: once we have received your order, we will prepare it and deliver it to the carrier on the first or second working day following the order date. Once the carrier has received your order, delivery times vary according to your geographical location and the delivery method you have chosen. Orders are generally delivered between 2–6 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays.
For products in pre-order: when a product is offered through a pre-order, it is not yet produced. At the end of the pre-order period, the duration of which is specified on the product page (usually approx. 1 month), we launch the production of the products (subject to the pre-order target being reached) and notify you by e-mail. Then, the production time may vary from 1 to 2 months. Once the production time is over, we inform you by e-mail and your products are delivered as soon as possible and in accordance with the delivery method you have chosen when placing your order. Orders are generally delivered between 2–6 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent.
If your order has not been shipped and you would like to change the delivery address, send us a message with your name, order number and the new address you would like your order to be delivered to. We will make the change for you.
When your order is getting ready to ship, you will receive an email that, depending upon the carrier you have chosen, may allow you to also change your delivery address. Don’t forget to check your spam if you can’t see it in your inbox.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don’t hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.

Unfortunately, since we are not wizards, our products may arrive later than expected. In such case, the reason is probably one of the followings:
- Something has happened in production, it’s taking longer than anticipated. In this case, you should have received a heads-up on this by email so we kindly invite to check your inbox and spam. If you can’t find any email about this from us, please contact us using the contact form so we can take a closer look.
- Something has happened during the delivery. In this case, we kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact us using the contact form so we can also open a claim (together we are stronger).

Returns
You may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date by informing us of your decision using the contact form. Once your return has been validated by our customer service department, you will receive the prepaid carrier return label directly by email (along some return instructions).
Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of your return request. The address for returning the products is: 1 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, France.
Product must be returned in the original packaging or any equivalent packaging and in perfect condition (i.e. in a condition that allows immediate resale). The product must not have been worn or washed.
Products that are not returned within the time limits and under the conditions set out above will not be refunded or exchanged.
As long as the product is returned within the time limits and under the conditions detailed above, we will fully refund you up to the amount of your order.
In the case of an exchange of size or model, return is offered by the House. In all other cases (e.g., if you simply changed your mind and don’t want any other product), you will bear the return costs in full (i.e. delivery costs).

Refund should be received within fourteen (14) days from the receipt by JULIE EHME of the returned product or of any evidence of dispatch of the returned product. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Payment
We accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club and Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), eftpos Australia)
- Mobile payment: Google Pay and Apple pay
- PayPal (cash payment and 4X PayPal).
Yes, you can, and at no cost!
To do so, at checkout, you must choose PayPal payment method and then click on “4X PayPal”. This option is only available for payments between €30 and €2,000 (or, if you choose to pay in USD, $30 to $1,500).
If your payment has not been successful, please feel free to place your order again using another credit/debit card.

Your invoice will be issued and sent to you by email when your product is ready to be delivered to the destination of your choice. In case of preorder, it means that your invoice will only be available when production is over.
Unless you placed your order as a guest, invoices are also available on your account by visiting the “Orders” section.
